Land with no address

Map search

For land with no postal address, such as a field, a private road or a building plot: find the land on the map, place the pin on it and describe it. We then look for the registered title that covers it and, if there is one, send you its title register and title plan from HM Land Registry.

1. Find the land

2. Place the pin, and outline the land if you can

Click the map to place the pin on the land, and drag the pin to move it. To outline the land (optional), press the "Draw the outline" button below, then click on the map to start drawing the box round the land; click round its edge and finish on the first corner, or press Close.

No pin yet. Click the map on the land.

3. Describe the land

Up to 200 characters.

Is it freehold or leasehold?

If you do not know, choose Not sure. It helps us check the answer; it does not change what is searched.

We suggest one from the nearest road once the pin is placed. Change it if you like, up to 50 characters.

4. Before you pay

To pay you need a free account with a confirmed email. Sign in or create a free account.

Paid by card on Stripe's page. Prices include VAT where it applies.
